1. Information We Collect
To provide our core invoicing functionalities such as generating PDFs, syncing data across devices, and auto-filling details, we collect and process the following types of information:
Personal Information: When you sign in (e.g., using Google Sign-In or email/password), we collect basic profile information such as your name, email address, and profile picture to create and manage your account.
User-Generated Content: The app allows you to create invoices, add business logos, save client details, and store items. This data is safely synchronized to your secure cloud database so you can access it across multiple devices.
Usage and Device Data: We may collect non-personal data regarding your device (such as OS version and device model) to handle app performance, debugging, and analytics.
2. App Permissions & Data Access
To provide specific features, Invoice Maker Pro requests the following permissions on your device. We only use these permissions for the functions described below:
Camera & Photo Library Access: We request access to your camera and media library so you can upload your company logo, attach receipt images, and take photos for invoice attachments. The images you choose are used strictly for your invoices and may be backed up to your cloud storage account for cross-device access.
Contacts (Address Book): We request access to your contacts to allow you to seamlessly import client names, phone numbers, and addresses directly into your invoices. Your contact list is NEVER uploaded to our servers, sold, or shared with third parties. It is only used locally to expedite invoice creation.
Storage & Files: We need file access to save the generated PDF invoices locally on your device and to allow you to share them.
Push Notifications: We may request permission to send notifications to alert you regarding invoice statuses or important updates.
3. How We Use Your Information
The data we collect is used strictly for the following purposes:
To enable core application features (e.g., generating, saving, and printing PDF invoices).
To synchronize your invoice data across multiple devices.
To use Optical Character Recognition (OCR) for scanning text from receipts (Please note: OCR processing happens locally on your device).
To authenticate you and secure your account.
To troubleshoot, maintain, and improve app functionality.
4. Third-Party Services
Invoice Maker Pro relies on trusted third-party services to function. These services may collect information as dictated by their own privacy policies.
Google Services: We use Google Sign-In for authentication and Google ML Kit for text recognition.
Firebase / Google Cloud: We utilize Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage, and Cloud Messaging) to securely store your data, host images/logos, and sync your invoices across your devices.

(Note: The app does not display third-party advertisements. If we integrate ad services like AdMob in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly).
5. Data Security
We take your data security seriously. All personal data and user-generated content synced to our cloud servers is encrypted in transit using industry-standard protocols (HTTPS/SSL). Authentication is handled securely through Firebase.
6. Data Retention and Deletion Account
We retain your personal information and invoice data only for as long as your account is active.
Account Deletion (Google Play Data Safety Requirement):
You have the right to request the complete deletion of your account and all associated data. You can initiate a data deletion request directly within the app's Settings menu or by contacting our support team via email. Once requested, your personal data and invoices will be permanently deleted from our cloud servers.
7. Children's Privacy
Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
8. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our app's functionality or regulatory requirements. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.
